BALINESE MASSAGE

This massage uses full-body, holistic, deep-tissue, and therapeutic techniques that include the traditional rituals of the Indonesian islands. It includes acupressure, percussions, reflexology, gentle stretches, skin rolling and flicking, “qi” (surrounding energy), kneading, and alternate stroking with the use of essential oils. A stone massage may also be applied to the key areas like the spine. This massage uses a combination of aromatherapy and deep stimulation of the lymphatic system. Usually performed on a massage couch or a floor mattress, this massage helps in deep relaxation, rejuvenation, blood circulation boost, relief of knotted tissue, body rebalance, joint pain relief, and overall unwinding.
